RESPONSIBILITIES:          

1.     Monitor the station as often as possible concerning dead air, who is on the air and who should be on the air. 

     2.     Coordinate slots in which a DJ is a no-show or one has called in sick or for any other reason. 

       3.     Communicate to staff as to any openings on a daily basis, meaning a slot that may need a fill-in. 

      4.     As the first point of contact, try to resolve all of the station situations before handing upwards. 

       5.     Inform all staff of any statement/s the President or Co-Owners’ may require to be sent out. 

       6.     Communicate directly to the President or any Co-Owner on all the on-goings of the station on a daily basis.

REQUIREMENTS:

·        The ability to multi-task.

·        A strong ability to deal with people from the USA and internationaly using a friendly, responsible, respectful and non-threatening way.
